Chairman of the Board of Directors of NSIA Assurances (IARD) and NSIA Vie Assurances in Senegal and Mali

Holder of a postgraduate degree in Insurance from the International Insurance Institute of Yaoundé and a Master's degree in Economic Sciences, with a major in business management from the University of Dakar, Sidy FAYE joined the Senegalese insurance company Prévoyance Assurances at the beginning of his career, first as Production Director and then as Technical Director.

He then joined Assurances Générales Sénégalaises IART and VIE as Head of Administration, Accounting and Finance and then turned to SONAG in Guinea as Deputy Director and then General Manager. Within the professional association of the market, Sidy FAYE was for several years Vice President of the Senegalese Federation of Insurance Companies and President of the Technical Commission.

In 2002, he joined the NSIA Group as General Manager of the Life and Non-Life subsidiaries in Senegal and became Regional Director for West Africa of the NSIA Group. During a transitional period, he was appointed General Manager of the Life and Non-Life Subsidiaries in Mali and of Nelson Re, the NSIA Group's Reinsurance Captive based in Abidjan.
